Help with the Touching Tomorrow Luncheon (Nov 3, 2023)
This is an in-person luncheon with inspiring speakers, a candlelighting ceremony, and an opportunity to donate. The event is free, parking is free, and lunch is included. The location is the Denver Wellshire Event Center.
Can you help with the following?
Invite friends and colleagues to this event.
Host a table of ten people, or half a table of five
Promote the auction: 1) Post on social media, and other places. 2) Post flyers at coffee shops, etc.
Staff the event: 1) Help set up and clean up. 2) Greet people (inside and outside), 3) Help people find their seats, 4) Thank people as they leave.
Help create an amazing auction for NightSparks Online (April 2023)
It is not too early to begin helping with this event.
This is an online auction and Livestream event. We offer one of the best online auctions with over 130 items to choose from in categories including experiences, home and garden, food & beverage, jewelry & clothing, metaphysical, self-care, and sports & auto.
We need help with the following:
Finding high-quality auction items: 1) Donate something yourself. 2) Ask a friend or business where you shop to donate an item or service. 3) Contact businesses who have donated before (we provide the contact info).
Organizing auction items: 1) Record and label items. 2) Combine into baskets and packages.
Promoting the auction: 1) Post flyers at coffee shops, etc. 2) Post on social media, and other places.
Thanking people: 1) Hand-written thank you notes, 2) Thank you calls.
After the event: 1) Help with shipping, 2) Delivering items.
